This house is 25 minutes from Clemson so quite convenient for football games and visiting college students. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood and very enjoyable to listen to the insects and birds chirping in the morning and evening. The house looked as it did online, so no surprises there!

The home was clean and the remodeled kitchen was very nice. The floors were nice and appliances all in working order. But on a hot June weekend we arrived to find no ice in the ice maker and it took a day to get any. However it is hard to relax in the home. The furniture in the living room is so out of date and positioned in such a way that you cannot watch the TV. The natural path to the dock can be challenging and very slippery when wet. The dock itself was covered with spider webs and spiders. The owners were kind and let us check out an hour late. They just need to modernize the inside. All the rooms, except the kitchen, feel like they are 50 or more years behind.
