This condo is located in Tower 1 and on the 6th floor and offers a stunning Gulf view.
Shoreline Towers 1063 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom beach front Destin Florida condo that sleeps six guests thanks to the King bed in the Master Bedroom and two Full beds in the Guest Bedroom. Upon entering the condo, the Kitchen comes first, complete with granite countertops, bar seating, full-size stainless-steel appliances, and all the pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare a meal. Tucked away in the Kitchen closet, the full-size washer and dryer are available so you can pack light. Next up comes the Dining Area, home to a rectangular table set for six. The Living Room has a large couch, additional seating, a big screen HDTV, balcony access via a sliding glass door, and stellar beach views. The Guest Bedroom has two Full beds and an HDTV. The Guest Bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination. The spacious Master Bedroom has a King size bed, floor-to-ceiling glass windows providing jaw dropping views of the beach, and a door leading to the balcony. The Master Bathroom has a walk-in shower. As beautiful and pristine as this property is on the inside, the true beauty can be seen on the balcony. You have to come and see for yourself the view of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sands of Destin’s famous beach. We had a very nice time. The condo is very spacious and open. The air conditioner works great very comfortable patio furniture that had extra box fans. The beach view was great. The check-in process was great great communication through text with either owner or property manager. I’m not sure who I was communicating with but very quick replies And nothing against the condo because it happens everywhere but I was on the balcony and several times I could smell marijuana which no big deal it’s happened at other condos. We’ve stayed at in Destin. I just wish people would have respect for others but nothing to do with the condo or the place. I would stay here again thank you very much for allowing us to stay here. I left two very personal items there and I was called immediately upon checkout to let me know that they were going to ship it back to me. I paid the UPS shipping, but I thought that was very honest of them to call and let me know and I appreciate it very much.

It was a wonderful place to stay, we were staying ther 4 nights and ther was nothing to complain, Would definitely recommend this place

The condo itself was great. Pool and grills Involved walking across the parking lot to get to, this is my fault for not researching prior. The disappointing issue was that renting, one seems like a second class citizen. Other condos we have stayed at don't differentiate between owners and renters. Here owners had there own beach setups that differed, and renters moved around daily to accomodate for owners to have best spots. Also owners parking in front and covered. Nice to have a hierarchy for a vacation stay.
