About this apartment rental
Beginning in late August 2025 until September 2026 Inlet Reef will under go an extensive waterproofing project. This project will consist of balconies being worked on and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris could occur as well. Balconies may be inaccessible as well as views obstructed. Discounts will not be give for construction related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris.
One dog under 35 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although certain Inlet Reef units allows a dog, dogs are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.

The large Kitchen gives you generous counter space to take advantage of all the full-size appliances needed to prepare your favored feast. The Dining Table is set for six, and there’s a bonus area with a table set for two.
The Living Room boasts views of the Gulf and has balcony access, a love seat, a couch that doubles as a Queen Sofa Sleeper, and a big screen flat panel HDTV.
The Master Bedroom has a King bed, a flat panel HDTV, and balcony access. The Master Bathroom has a walk-in shower and vanity, as well as a separate makeup area with an additional vanity.
The Guest Bedroom is home to a Queen bed and a wall mounted flat panel HDTV. The Guest Bathroom, with its bathtub/shower combination, is adjacent to the Guest Bedroom, and is accessed via the hallway.
This spacious two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps six total guests in contentment and relaxation. The condo comes with a full size washer and dryer, complimentary high speed wireless internet access, and seasonally two chairs and one umbrella set up on the beach for you every day at no extra charge.

Absolutely beautiful property! Everything we wanted and more! Plenty of room for our kids and grandkids to enjoy and steps away from the beautiful beaches of Destin! Staff was incredible! Definitely will be back, and highly recommend! Did I mention pet friendly??

Everything was so perfect. The kitchen is beyond beautiful. Easy to get to all the things, beach pool, etc. Great location for restaurants. We loved staying here and will come back again!

We recently stayed at this condo for 5 nights. The condo is nicely furnished and has an amazing view of the gulf. The proximity to town is good so it was easy for us to get around Destin and the locations we wanted to go. Check in was easy and we did appreciate there were chairs we could use to take to the beach, in addition to the two chairs and umbrella that were part of the condo package. However, we did encounter a couple of issues. First off, the pull down murphy bed was full of sand and we found dust bunnies and random small toys around the condo leading us to question the cleanliness of it. The freezer wasn't working properly and the ice maker was not working at all. They did come look at the ice maker which did start producing ice on our fourth day there. We also added water bottles to the freezer upon our arrival which also did not freeze until our fourth day. They did offer to bring one bag of ice to us but we didn't feel that was appropriate if the freezer isn't going to keep it frozen. We also paid a pet deposit up front but then decidied not to bring our fur baby with us. We did notify them that we would not be bringing her in advance, but they did not refund us that deposit. Overall we did like the condo and location but I would recommend keeping a closer eye on the cleaning crew.

This unit was super clean and spacious. The beds were super comfy. Pool was so nice and clean. We love staying at the Inlet.
