Pebble Beach A-202 is a Second Floor Oceanfront 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo with fantastic ocean and pool views located in the the professionally landscaped Pebble Beach Oceanfront Gated Condominium Community off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades and restaurants.
This unit was completely remodeled in 2025 with new kitchen cabinets and appliances, new dry bar with cabinets and can refrigerator, new paint and LVP flooring throughout!
The Living area has open Oceanfront decks providing incredible views. Kitchen / Bar with additional seating, microwave, and dishwasher. Master bedroom has open Oceanview deck, Queen bed and private bath with tiled shower. Bedroom #2 has a Queen, Bedroom #3 has 2 Twins. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a full bath with tiled tub/shower. New living and dining room furniture.
Amenities: Four flat screen smart TVs, small can refrigerator in dry bar area, central heat and air, washer and dryer in separate laundry room, ceiling fans, outside closet with beach chairs, umbrellas and toys.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
