BRAND NEW KITCHEN AND BATHROOM INSTALLED IN DECEMBER 2025.
'The Crows Nest' is a stylish one bedroom apartment, only moments from the lifestyle, cafes and bars on offer in North Sydney. Just a few minutes stroll to all on offer in Crows Nest and just a short 7 minute drive to the CBD, our apartment is perfect for travellers!
THINGS TO KNOW
*Parking - Maximum Height 2 Meters, Maximum Width 2 Meters. The car spot can be accessed via Trafalgar Street.
*Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
*There are 2 flights of stairs to get to the apartment which is on the second level.
*There is no dryer in the home but there is a drying rack. There are several laundry services around the area.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
* Enjoy a seamless stay with our hassle-free airport pick-up and drop-off service, exclusively for guests booked to stay our homes. Contact us for rates and booking details!
HOUSE RULES
* Check-in after 3 pm; check-out before 10 am. Fees may apply for changes. Approval required first.
* No smoking allowed.
* Strictly No parties or events allowed.
* No Pets allowed.
* Sofa bed can be provided upon request, for a fee if less than 3 guests booked.
* Guests must follow NSW Short Term Legislation.
* All guests are required to accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form, as well as provide a valid ID and card details for security.
* Max 4 overnight guests, 2 day visitors, 6 people total at any time.
* Only approved guests/visitors allowed (written permission required).
* Strict no-smoking policy; $500 fine may apply.
* Respect neighbours; keep noise low, especially after 9 pm.
* Breaking rules may result in eviction without refund (STRA terms apply).
* Date changes allowed only if more than 1 month before check-in, subject to approval/surcharges.

Great location, convenient to town centre, North Sydney, Metro, and CBD. Some attention to detail and maintenance needed. Limited ventilation and poor exhaust in bathroom, opening window difficult. A cupboard had a full (cold) cup of coffee in it missed by cleaners. Heating not working and details inaccurate on inventory. Great unit and wouldn't take much for an improved guest experience.

Very bright, lots of natural light. Great location. Hot water ran out. Very noisy due to the bedroom facing the road with little or no soundproofing.
