This waterfront home is found atop a bluff in Brewster with unbelieveable views of Cape Cod Bay and the private neighborhood beach. This exquisite home, built in 2015, was professionally designed down to every detail. Boasting an impressive 4500 square feet of high end accommodation, your group of up to ten can spread out comfortably. There are 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, with each room offering a unique flare and personality.
Approaching the property, you'll find that Bayside Bliss is the final home before sand meets sea at the end of a quiet neighborhood street. Ocean blue shutters, blooming hygrangeas, and a salty breeze greet you and remind you that it is time to unwind. Entering through the front door, you are met with an impressive, sunny atrium. Down the hall, you'll discover an open concept chef's kitchen and dining room. There is an enormous eat in kitchen island, a cozy breakfast nook, and top of the line appliances. The dining table offers seating for eight, conveniently located next to the wet bar! Moving into the living room, there is plenty of seating and a wall of windows facing the sea. Here, you can access the large wrap around deck where you can catch a tan, or grill up some delicious food to dine al fresco.

This is a beautiful place just off front row of beach with open beach views, and a short walk to beautiful long, sandy beach. The house is clean and spacious with a well outfitted kitchen for cooking, including spices and oils left by previous renters. Large outdoor decks with many chairs for sunning and a table for eating out with a large barbecue for cooking. There were toys, games, beach chairs and towels. It is on the Brewster flats, thus at low tide you must walk over sand flats to water. There were pools left between sandy shoals for children to play in. When the tide comes in the bottom is sandy. There is plenty of parking in yard and centrally located to cafes, restaurants, and some stores. It was the perfect place for our multigenerational family to share.

Wonderful stay. Highlight was truly being so close to the beach - which stretched in both directions for miles. Spectacular sunsets. House itself was immaculate with everything (TV, appliances, showers etc) working perfectly. Lots of room for 6 adults and 2 children.

What a perfect home to spend our family vacation on the Cape! Bayside Bliss was the perfect home for our family (5 adults and 4 children) for our early summer getaway. Location could not be beat, just steps from the bay. We loved our early morning and sunset walks on the beach! We had perfect weather all week and enjoyed daily trips (just a few steps away) to the beach in between our stops to Ptown, shopping or parasailing!
The house had all amenities we needed for a full week’s stay! The house was convenient to all stores / restaurants we needed. The wrap around deck was perfect for evening dinners and all-day relaxing. The kids enjoyed the yard and the tree swings! Bedrooms were spacious and comfy! More than enough room for all to relax inside after a day on the beach. We loved the spacious dining tables inside for our family puzzles. Highly recommend and hope to be back soon!!
