Second Floor:
- Kitchen, Dining, Living Room, Balcony, Half Bath
- The house includes a fully equipped kitchen for travelers looking to stay in and cook up a feast! With a large sectional and a couple accent chairs, we welcome our guests to sit back, relax and enjoy some streaming. Enjoy hanging out on the spacious deck just off of the living room!
Third Floor:
- Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, TV, and attached full bath.
- Bedroom 3: King size bed, TV, desk, attached full bath, and a balcony.
- 2 additional roll away twin beds available in Bedroom 3 closet
- Washer/Dryer in hall closet

This was a great place to stay. It was clean and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable. The hosts provided very detailed and helpful communication. We will definitely consider this place again should we visit the Nashville area and need a place to stay.

Thanks for making our trip to Nashville fabulous! Everything was clean, accessible, and comfortable. It was so nice to stay in a home where everyone had their own space and not have to squeeze into a hotel. We didn't mind the drive to our tourist stops. Everything seemed to be about 20 minutes or less for us to get to and having a car, that was worth having comfortable lodging with tons of space. Being able to pull into a garage and in a gated community was nice. The grocery store literally right next to the townhome community was super convenient. The owners were responsive to any question we sent them. If we had little kids, I am not sure how I would have felt about having the little kids in the first floor bedroom when the master bedroom was on the third floor, however, that wasn't an issue for us as our kids are teenagers. My 15 year old was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the bunk beds were.
Thanks for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I recently stayed at this townhouse in Nashville for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is ideal; it is just a 7-minute drive from downtown and within walking distance of great restaurants. The townhouse is modern and beautifully furnished. With three bedrooms and multiple bathrooms, it was enough space for my wife and our two daughters. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the convenience of nearby amenities. I highly recommend this property for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Nashville.
