Venice 3 bedroom contemporary home with pool/spa and close to beautiful beaches

This is an exceptional rental property. Our family was amazed by the cleanliness of the home and the amenities it provided! That is coming from a clean freak who normally must clean a rental upon entry, and this was not the case with this home. There was not a thing to do but have fun!! The beach was very close, and the home included everything you needed for a beach day and for evenings to watch the beautiful sunsets. The location was ideal and was not only close to the beach but shopping, and great restaurants. Our family has been traveling to Florida for many years and have rented many homes, and this is the nicest by far and we plan on returning! Thank you Scott, and Bree for hosting our family.

Wonderful property in an excellent location with great hosts.

Fabulous house located just a short drive to beautiful beaches in the Venice/Englewood area.. The house was spotless, very well equipped, comfortable and very spacious. The pool area was great and enjoyable. The house had everything necessary for the beach, umbrella, chairs, towels, games, etc. Tropical Storm Debby came through the area and Scott made sure we were safe and had everything we needed. They should get an extra star for that. We’ll definitely book this property again next year.

We had a lovely stay! The home was very clean, comfortable and was equipped with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We would love to visit again!
