About this house rental
A large, family friendly, light filled home which includes a swimming pool and is a mere stone’s throw from beautiful Blueys Beach. The house was designed by renowned architect Paul Pholeros, OAM, to make best use of natural sunlight, shade and breezes and features a private balcony off each bedroom. The house is all on one level for ease of access, there are two bathrooms, one with a bath. There is a north and south wing with bedrooms and bathrooms in both. All linen provided. BYO Beach Towels.
The space
Nestled in a glorious private setting in the foothills of Blueys Beach with ocean glimpses and rural outlook. Enjoy your very own purpose built, architectural sanctuary that maximises the natural beauty of its location. The north easterly aspect means you will get to enjoy the light and sunshine all day long. Spacious open plan living with hardwood floors. Living flows to a large central outdoor entertaining deck area. The house is constructed in a U shape with a North and South wing. Many of the bedrooms have their own private deck

Bedroom 1: Super King (able to be split into two king singles) and single bed with ceiling fan
Bedroom 2: Super king bed split into two king singles with ceiling fan

North Wing
Bedroom 4: 2 singles with ceiling fan
Bedroom 5: Super King (able to be split into two king singles) with ceiling fan

Open, commercial style kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Sunbeam blender and Nespresso coffee machine

Off street parking for 2 cars, otherwise there is plenty of free street parking
Guest access
Guests can access the entire home excluding the upstairs level which is unoccupied, but not available for use.

*Elizabeth Beach, the patrolled beach most suitable for children is a 2 minute drive
*Boomerang Beach (Patrolled during school holidays) is a 15 minute walk
*10 minute walk to Blueys Shops and local amenities including Hueys Pizza, Kembali Cafe, Drift, Blueys General Store, Chemist and Blueys Cellars & Deli
*Sips@Mobys on Redgum Road is a 15 minute walk for early morning coffee and bacon rolls or a spot of lunch or dinner often featuring live music
*15 minute drive to Cellito Beach and Boardwalk
*20 minute drive to Forster/Tuncurry
*25 minute drive to Seal Rocks

We had a group of 11 stay for a destination wedding and this house was incredible. We loved the spaciousness, privacy and pool. The owners were super easy and flexible when organising and communicating too. 10/10

love the lay out, the air flow, the incredible kitchen, the quiet location and the pool. extremely comfortable beds and plenty of roomy places to gather in comfort. All occupants and visitors so impressed with how spacious it felt.

This property is ideal for groups. We had a special request for 11 single beds, and the owner was more than happy to accommodate us, arranging the beds across the 5 bedrooms. The setup was perfect for our needs. The house itself is fantastic, with a fully equipped kitchen that made meal prep easy and enjoyable for our group. Whether dining indoors or relaxing on the spacious outdoor decking, there was ample space for everyone to come together. The stunning gardens and impressive architecture created a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. Julie, the caretaker, was exceptionally helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our three-night stay was a huge success. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a beautiful, well-equipped home with outstanding service!

We were 8 adults and 5 children from 4 to 9mths. The service from the property manager was a class above all others we have experienced. Nothing is too much to ask and Julie was very proactive to help, provide local activities, provide sports equipment (if she could), respond to any general requests.
The property, with a pool was a godsend. When not on the beach, which is only1min walk down hill, the children were either in the pool, eating or sleeping. A large pool about 1.4m deep, with an intriguing waterfall running into, provided entertainment for the kids.
A fantastic property for a larger group. Wonderful, relaxing setting, quiet and peaceful. The open and light dwelling plan with lots of ventilation and fans with a huge central family area was perfect. Having a big, commercial kitchen available was also a real benefit.
Perfect for a weeks holiday at Bluey's and would strongly recommend this property and its manager.
One small issue, and a Telstra issue, is that the cell coverage is weak. However, there is very good wifi.
