New and clean! Memory foam cooling mattresses, laundry room, bathrooms and kitchen are stocked and ready to use. Bedrooms have touch activated lamps with USB plugs, cozy linens and closets with hangers for storage. Master bedroom has desk with office supplies. We offer complimentary coffee, creamer, tea, bottled water, fresh ice and snacks!

It was excellent. There was a misprint advertising a pool and hot tub, but made up for it letting us reschedule when the event we originally booked for changed. The host was extremely easy to work with, and we were pleased. Will stay again.

The house was beautiful and the yard was perfect for our dogs. We would have loved to stay longer.

Stayed 4 nights in August, 2024. Lovely, sparkling clean new home. We were even able to park in the garage. Only temporary issue, which is no fault of the hosts, is the constant construction trucks going both ways on the street as they work to finish the neighborhood. Communication was great.
