This Cotswold-inspired, nature-surrounded 2 bedroom/ 2 bathrooms bungalow offers cabin vibes with big city amenities. Conveniently located In the charming neighborhood of Maple Leaf, you will have easy access to downtown and other popular destinations within Seattle via I-5, Northgate light rail station, or local buses less than a 5-minute walk away. Downtown, the University of Washington, University Village, Seattle Children, and Green Lake are all 10 minutes away.
Our cozy corner is designed for slow living. Relax in a bright, open living space with a modern kitchen looking out into your private patio. Reset in private with double bedrooms and spacious, separate bathrooms. Perfect for relaxing after a busy day sightseeing, savoring the simple wonders of nature without leaving the city, or removing distractions from your busy life.
PETS: While we love all furry-legged friends, please no pets in the home for allergy reasons

- Two portable air conditioning units for those warmer days (Our home is well-shaded and stays cool through most of the summer. If the high temperature is anticipated to be 85F+ then we will set up the portable A/C units to optimize comfort during your stay).

GUEST ACCESS: The guests will have access to the entire property. The front door has a smart lock entry with a unique code per guest stay. Guests are more than welcome to use the side door to access the house but please lock it when you leave! Additionally, the second bedroom has French doors leading to the deck, which we also ask guests to please lock if leaving.
PARKING: The driveway in front can accommodate two vehicles, with enough room for an RV if needed. There is also plentiful street parking.
