Our condo is located on the top floor of a building called ‘Studio 1’ and just over 1 mile from the core of downtown Nashville. It is central to just about everything and just a short distance to all of the many great neighborhoods in town (including walking distance to the 12th South and Melrose neighborhoods. It is a wonderful place to call “home base” while in Nashville!
THE POOL:
We have a fantastic pool. Unfortunately, the pool is only open for your enjoyment late-Spring though late-Summer. It typically closes around Labor Day...and is sometimes open later in the year if the weather is nice!
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will be able to access the free parking onsite, all common areas, the pool, the laundry room, etc. Pretty much everything!
Traveling with more than 2 people? Ask us about other units that we own in the same building!
We live nearby and are always available to our many guests at anytime via text, email, and phone. All our listing information is accurate and up-to-date. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications regarding your stay. You will have access to the entire condo. You will be given your own key code the week prior to your arrival for easy, seamless access to check-in & checkout. We live in town and are available to help you with all of your needs

Location was great, free close parking. Super cute decorations. I think a couch or a comfier chair would make the place a little better. It was extremely hot on our stay, the air worked great!The pool was a nice bonus. The only negative was the pool area was often dirty. A used swim diaper sat in the landscaping for 2 of the 3 days we were there. Along with garbage, used pop cups, hair ties, etc. Often in the afternoon the pool had about 10 young kids in it. Not sure where they were staying as we never saw them outside the pool. Not sure if anyone cleans the pool area or if the people staying there just need to do a better job throwing away their stuff, there were garbages located in the pool area.Location to 12 South was great, cute shops, coffee and places to eat. Highly recommend Bartaco for lunch. Short Uber ride to Broadway, never had to wait more than 10 mins. Quiet area, no loud traffic or people having parties till 3am.

We’ve been to Nashville a few times, but wanted to add some hiking trips in the surrounding areas. This place is about 2 miles from Broadway and average less than 10 per trip by rideshare. Close walk to 12 South. There’s a Hattie Bs and Maple Street biscuit within two blocks. There’s a Publix about four blocks. It’s close enough to downtown to be convenient but without the hassle of paying to park and with some more living space than a hotel room
