A short drive to San Diego State, a golf course, and several convent shopping centers. Fully stocked with linens, furniture, and utilities just bring your toothbrush! The neighborhood is a mix of homes built in the 20's,30's and 40's. It is not a cookie cutter kind of place. On our street most of our neighbors have been here 20 plus years and in most homes you see the neighborhood pride. We are walking distance(4min) to a wonderful coffee shop and a cute wine bar. We are an inclusive community.
Having a car is your best option but public transportation is walking distance. Lyft and Uber are good options as well. Here are a few hotspots with commute times included:
SDSU- 4 miles about 7min
Gaslamp Quarter- 7.5 miles about 15min
Fashion Valley- 7.3 miles about 13min
LaJolla- 13 miles about 18min
Little Italy-10miles about 17 min which is about how long it takes to get to the airport too!
