The apartment spans two floors on the second level and, with a generous living area of 68 square meters, offers ample space for up to six people.
With a total of four rooms, including three separate bedrooms, the property is ideal for families. The entire apartment features tile floors and comfortable underfloor heating, ensuring a pleasant living environment in every season. The heart of the apartment is the open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen, which features, among other things, a glass-ceramic stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a wide range of kitchen utensils.
