Master Bedroom: The master bedroom is equipped with King size Orthopedic mattress, 2 HP A/C, 55 Inches Smart TV, Walk-in Closet with mirrors, Night Tables with ceiling drop light, Bedroom Bench with Ottoman set.
The master bedroom has a balcony area with a beautiful view of the city.
Master Bathroom/ Other Bathrooms: The master bathroom comes with bathtub, bidet shower, glass framed shower with rain shower heads, LED mirror light with option to play music via Bluetooth.

Family Lounge: The family lounge area has a beautiful setup for late night movies, PS 5 game, and suitable for an office work station or a photo shoot session.
The family lounge has an access to the balcony area.
Kitchen: The kitchen area is set up as a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances; Fridge, Freezer, A/C, Gas Cooker, Heat Extractor, Hot water Kettle, Coffeemaker and a Microwave. It comes with all cooking utensils (Pots, Dishes), highland table and barstools
Separate Laundry Room: It comes with a separate laundry room with a 2in1 washing and drying machine of cloths.
