Feriehus MED Massasjebad OG Utendørs Badstu/sauna

The property itself worked out great for our 3 generation family. The beds were comfortable, different members used the hot tub and sauna. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes. There is a grocery 5 minutes away. Took us about 45 minutes to go to Bergen. There is a small farm within walking distance with highland cows, pigs, emus. There is a washer & drying rack. There was a huge dining table for all of us, which was also great for playing games. The furniture you see on the deck does not exist. The listing says it includes a boat. We knew it was extra charge and we communicated all along that we wanted to rent the boat. Some of our members rented and purchased fishing equipment in the morning before getting the boat. We were told first to rent through the owner, and then told it would be through Panorama Resort. We went to the resort and there was no boat available. We contacted the owner and got no help, just "Sorry, this has never happened before", but no offer of a partial refund. This was a HUGE disappointment as that was one of the reasons we rented the cabin. It perhaps was unintentional, but still felt like misleading advertising. We were also overcharged for towels by 2 members. As long as you don't plan on having a boat, you will enjoy staying here. Andreas was typically responsive, except at the end when there was a problem with the boat.
