Host was excellent and addressed all issue we had. Condition and layout of the house was great.

Hot tub was not hot enough. The temperature was set 102F. After a while when we were in the hot tub, the temperature dropped to 98F.
The oven had grease debris inside. When we turned it on, it produced lot of smoke and triggered the smoke alarm. We phoned the owners and they sent someone to clean the oven. There should be more oversight for the cleaning staff.
We needed to adjust the room temperature but it did not work properly. It appears that the thermostat was programmed to be at 20C.
When we arrived our second parking spot was taken by someone. We phoned the owners and they sent someone to move that car.
