The property is divided into 3 apartments. The owners live in an apartment at the ground floor and they are always at guests’ disposal.
Distances: Castellammare del Golfo, with all kinds of shops at approx. 1,5 km, Castellammare beaches at approx. 2 km, Scopello at approx. 5 km, Palermo airport at approx. 15 km.
At guests’ disposal: large and well kept equipped garden, shared swimming pool (5m x 10m – maximum depth. 1,40 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), outdoor showers, barbecue. Parking within the grounds.
