About this villa rental
Wonderful historic villa with terrace and exclusive access to the sea, a short distance from the village of Scopello and the famous Tonnara.
Located on the Faraglioni of Scopello, Villa La Fenice is one of the few historic villas on the sea in this location. The property is surrounded by greenery and enjoys every comfort to ensure its guests a vacation of relaxation and privacy. The outdoor spaces are the highlight of this villa, a terrace with sea view where guests can relax with friends and sunbathe and a patio equipped with a dining table. A staircase leads to exclusive access to the sea.
On the ground floor is the living area, consisting of a living room furnished with TV sofas, large dining table and a separate kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, espresso machine, toaster and kettle. Two bathrooms with showers complete the layout. The upper floor houses the sleeping area, made up of four bedrooms with queen-size beds, two of whom have ensuite bathrooms with shower.
This property, with its finely furnished rooms equipped with every comfort, is the ideal stop for anyone who wants to enjoy an enchanting sea and then launch into the discovery of the wonders of the Zingaro reserve, such as Castellammare del Golfo.

Famous for its crystal-clear waters, Scopello is considered one of the most beautiful locations in Italy and worldwide, also thanks to its proximity to San Vito Lo Capo, the Gulf of Macari, the Zingaro Reserve, and the Gulf of Castellammare.
More specifically, the Zingaro Nature Reserve will seduce you: it is a protected natural area where the local flora and fauna coexist in harmony. It is characterized by 3 paths (“costiero”, “di mezza costa” and “alto”) enriched by numerous coves, where their crystalline waters stand out. For this reason, we suggest you take your mask and flippers with you, to fully enjoy the beautiful seabed that the reserve offers.
Also, the Gulf of Macari, located just 16 km from San Vito, is not to be missed: here, the sea has some wonderful shades to be discovered.
30 km away is Erice, an ancient city of Phoenician and Greek origins, perched 751 m high on the mountain that bears the same name. Surrounded by the walls, the city is a maze of narrow streets with two faces: the sunny, bright one of the hot summer days, and that of the winter days, when one has the perception of visiting a place out of time.
Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport is 54 km away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your villa. Four beautifully appointed bedrooms all with ensuites and expansive living areas throughout. The balconies and vistas were magnificent. We would all highly recommend this accomodation to any potential visitors to the area.

The private water access and balcony view is what you are paying for. The house was dirty, tons of bugs and even a nice lizards in the library - cobwebs and dirt on counter and in drawers so left clothes in our suitcases. 2 of the 5 AC rooms units didn’t work and the greeter didn’t even know. It does not look like the photos. Worst thing other than bugs in the beds, was that all our cash was stolen yet the house was locked and no forced entry. Management company was dismissive, and blew me of like I lost it even though I knew 100% where I left it. Very weird.. - it’s a real shame because with a little TLC and better management this place could be 5 stars.
