Gorgeous property in an incredible location with plenty of room. The house was extremely clean and included everything you could want on vacation .
Unfortunately we had a number of issues during our stay. Upon arrival the property was 41 degrees Celsius (yes you read that right). The AC was off and the house was unbearably hot. We spent the first 4 hours outside waiting for the house to cool down. 7:00 came around and as the sun was setting we had to make dinner and the house was still 30C. It took a full 24 hours for the house to reach room temperature, while the basement took an additional 12 hours after that to be comfortable.
The fire alarm system in the property is also extremely faulty. It went off 4 out of the 5 nights we stayed always on the middle of the night (12-4am).
All issues were brought up to the host and while he was responsive, we unfortunately were proposed any sort of compensation.
All in all these felt like easy things that could be avoided for future guests had they been paying closer attention.
