About this campground/ rv resort rental
Welcome to our newly remodeled home with walnut butcher block counter tops, custom live-edge walnut bar top, 2 queen beds, screen-in porch, walking paths, TV, and great internet. Situated on a 20 plus acres and located near Caesars Virginia (3 miles), SOVAH Health (4 miles), downtown River District and Riverwalk Trail (6 miles), Anglers Ridge Mountain Bike Trail System (9 miles), and the Virginia International Raceway (20 miles).
A signed lease contract will required prior to check-in.
The space is ideal for 1-4 guests looking for a quiet and relaxing stay that is on the peripheral of the city, next to the Wendell O Scott Sr Memorial Expressway, and still close to things to do.
Use the kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, high-end custom cutting boards, toaster oven, and coffee maker to make meals. Enjoy the coffee and tea we provide during your stay.
When the weather is nice enjoy the 20 plus acres, with a creek, by walking the hiking path or just sitting on the screened-in porch while enjoying peace and quiet.
Sleeping accommodations include 2 queen sized beds.
Please Note: We have an approval process for guests. We have worked hard to build and maintain our home and want to ensure it is well taken care of in between stays.

The driveway is gravel to access the home which resides on a 1 acre lot. The additional acres of the property are shared with local tenants and the property owner. This home is accessed by using a coded door entry at arrival. Parking is available in front of the home on a gravel driveway.
