Family/Veteran owned Big Chip - 2 is a brand new construction with 3 bedroom 1 bathroom upper level unit. Having a concrete patio entry, use of heated garage, and an open concept. Enjoy excellent fishing or ice fishing on the Historic Chippewa Flowage! Private setting directly on the ATV/UTV/Snowmobile trail, 1/8 of a mile from the Chippewa Flowage South boat landing, walking distance to miles of public land hiking and snowshoeing trails. Plenty of parking for boat, UTV and snowmobile trailers.
