About this house rental
Spinnaker Waters is stunning, high ceilings, large windows, light and bright with views of the Pumicestone passage from the balcony.
Located in a quiet and prestigious residential complex, Spinnaker Waters is a gorgeous place to relax or play.
Delightful open plan kitchen living dining with large bedrooms and full sized bathrooms make this a perfect location for that get-away you deserve or especially if you are attending an event or a wedding at the Hotel. Close enough to walk and far enough away to escape the crowds.
There are two bedrooms one with a Queen Sized bed and one with two Singles - there is a Sofa Bed (Queen) in the main living area so there is sleeping for 6 if required. We also have porta cots (x2) and linen available along with a safety gate for the top of the stairs.
Aircon units are installed in each room along with Ceiling fans which makes for comfortable living regardless of the season or simply open the spacious doors and let the breeze flow through.
Both bedrooms have 40"smart TV's installed and a 55" Smart TV is in the lounge - all have access to Netflix and Stan Sport.
Walk to the fabulous Sandstone Hotel or grab your fishing rod and have a cast in the Passage 2 minutes walk away.
With spacious free secure parking, a pool, Kayak, lockup garage, outdoor courtyard and a BBQ this is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the local area.
Great local restaurants a few minutes walk away and plenty of things to do such as Hire a Boat, head over to Bribie, visit the local markets or just chill with a cold drink at home or on the grass at the Passage foreshore.
We have security cameras installed at the Front and Rear access areas of the townhouse and access to the complex is restricted.

Our stay was fab in this modern, spotless & comfortableApartment. On Bribie Island doorstep making it so simple to enjoy all the locality has to offer - great food, beaches, walks and gorgeous sunny balcony with the beautiful Pummicestone Passage metres away for strolling the foreshore. Excellent in every way.

We had such a wonderful stay while we visited with family in the same complex. Literally everything you could need and more. And so welcoming as a space. We loved it.
