1902 Gentleman's Residence being lovingly restored, the house blends quirky character with modern comfort. This includes large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious living area with open fireplaces and roaring log fires, and a large, well-stocked kitchen where you can prepare a family feast to enjoy around the dining table for 12. Board games, books, a piano, and Wi-Fi provide entertainment for all ages.
Outside, the acre of gardens is perfect for Easter egg hunts, barbecues, or just relaxing in the sun. The property is also dog-friendly. Adventurous guests can enjoy cycling, walking, bird watching, and stargazing right from the doorstep.

Lovely quirky house with a touch of class. Excellent location . Easy access to the town . The children loved walking through the garden onto the beach and enjoyed looking for crabs. There is a lots of space in the house , big bedrooms with en-suites. Plenty of room for parking too. The only issue was that the hot water is a little too hot !We had a very enjoyable stay with all the family.

Lovely old house perched above the beach, our family felt relaxed, it is a proper family place to go, and we didn't have to worry about the younger ones breaking any fragile objects, masses of room for all and a dining table we could all fit around comfortably (11 of us). It's a work in progress and I can see where it's headed, James is working hard to get it all to look like the lounge, bedrooms and dining room and I wish him the best of luck! .

We loved the old house with its beautiful views through the pines to the sea .it was characterful quirky and welcoming ….like its owner Had a roaring open fire to keep us warm . We want to come back in the summer so we can walk down the garden for a swim in the sea
