***RECREATIONAL PASSES: Recreational Passes are needed to enjoy the resort amenities. Passes are only required for those who will be using the amenities. The cost is $100 per weekly pass per person. You may also purchase daily passes for $30 each. Children under 5 don't need a pass, but will need to be accompanied by an adult who has a pass. This is not included in the rental rate. Tenants must fill out pool agreements prior to arrival to have community amenities available during the stay.
