The 45-square-meter apartment is located 5 minutes from the center of Clermont, the capital of Auvergne and home to the world’s leading tire manufacturer: Michelin

It consists of 3 rooms, including 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a 140-bed, and the other has two 90-beds.

The pool is for the use of cottage guests and the owners only. It is closed during the winter months.
There is an additional charge for use of the hot tub during your stay. (See terms of use with the owners)
Supermarkets, restaurants, and a market are a 15-minute walk or a 10-minute drive away

A security deposit check for 400 euros will be required upon arrival.
