Vacation apartment Nachtkerze - House Barker in the beautiful Harz Mountains

We are located in Buntenbock, a neighborhood of Clausthal-Zellerfeld. Our building is right at the trailhead for the hiking trail, as well as the toboggan hill and cross-country ski trail. Short distances set us apart. We’re right in the heart of town! The only café in Buntenbock is located in our house—meaning food, drinks, coffee, and cake are all right here.

To reach the entrance, walk around the house through the south garden, which is reserved exclusively for you and our family.

As soon as you step into the very spacious entryway, you’ll start to feel right at home. A large staircase leads you to the first floor, where our—and your—vacation apartments, “Schneeglöckchen” and “Nachtkerze,” are located. One of the special features is the 2.85-meter ceiling height

Both apartments have two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartments are the same size, each with 50 square meters of living space. They are spacious and bright.

The master bedroom, with a double bed measuring 180x200 cm, has direct access to the bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds measuring 100x200 cm. The path from this room to the bathroom leads through the master bedroom. Due to this layout, the vacation apartments are best suited for families or people who know each other well. Both bedrooms feature a cozy sitting area with a TV.

We have 7 private parking spaces available on-site for guests of the vacation apartments and our Café Glücksmoment.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
