House was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable just a little low to ground. Host was very friendly and attentive. We had a small problem with heat right away but host solved it quickly and sent wood as well.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood, house seems to be going through renovations. Would be fantastic if laundry was available and the kitchen pots & pans were not in terrible condition.

Great space and location, clean but lacks attention to detail and amenities (ie towels, new frying pan, cookware old). One bath towel per guest with no ability to wash for a 4 day stay. Most importantly, listing does mention air conditioning but window units in only 3 rooms. We had to move mattresses to cooler rooms. Unacceptable! More effort needs to be made, please!

"Nice big house for girls weekend. Not too far of a drive from Mystic. Not enough seating in one room for everyone but made it work. One of the bedrooms didn’t have an a/c unit but there was a fan. "
