We are very familiar with this area of Brittany and Rospico cove is a particular favourite. The property was lovely with a private garden and was next door to the owners house; Thierry and Christelle were very kind and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed including a BBQ, so my husband was happy! The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathroom had a lovely shower. Whilst the house was close to Rospico, it was more than a few yards away, so we had a little difficulty in locating the property but Thierry came out to look for us!! Once safely installed, we enjoyed a lovely, peaceful, holiday in a beautiful area. A really super area to explore with very friendly local people.

Wir waren Ende August 2010 mit 2 Erw.+2 Kindern im Haus, welches sich als gelungen renoviertes Einfamilienhaus darstellt. In nähester Umgebung ist vom Sandtrand, auch für Kleinkinder geeignet ca. 800 m entfernt, bis zu ausgiebigen Wandermöglichkeit alles sehr gut möglich. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, das gut renovierte Haus (Ikea like) modern und praktisch renoviert. Großer offener Wohn- und Eßraum, Doppelschlafzimmer, Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und noch ein weiteres Schlafzimmer. Nur zu empfehlen.

Une villa très fonctionnelle, une décoration des plus soignées et une cuisine à l'américaine fort appréciable ! Un accueil chaleureux et convivial. Quant à la région, les plages sont superbes, une préférence pour la plage de Tahiti et Raguenez. La villa est bien située pour de nombreuses visites (Pont Aven, Concarneau, Port Manech) et les sentiers de randonnées sont variés et magnifiques pour découvrir la côte.

Nous qui sommes des inconditionnels de la Bretagne allons de surprise en surprise à chacune de nos escapades: cette fois, la richesse de l'endroit c'est vraiment le fait d'avoir l'impression d'etre à la campagne ( son calme, sa verdure, les chevaux,une végetation luxuriante) mais d'etre aussi à 800 mètres d'une plage qui nous rappelle celle des antilles Françaises ( certes avec quelques degrés de moins dans l'eau!!)Nous avons adoré notre séjour et surtout nos deux petits qui ont pu se baigner sans risque sur la plage de Rospico. A noter aussi de nombreuses ballades au départ de la location.Un maison très fonctionnelle dans laquelle nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison!! Merci à vous pour la qualité de votre accueil, nous reviendrons vous voir, c'est certain.

Cette maison ets tres jolie et tres bien equipee. Nous y avons sejournez avec 2 petits enfants et c'etait parfait. L'anse de rospico est tres jolie et tres bien adapate pour les petits.

Das Haus liegt perfekt für alle, die Küstenwege lieben: dichtes Wegenetz, äußerst abwechslungsreiche Strecken, tolle Ausblicke. Viele attraktive Ziele in weniger als 5 km Distanz, auch alte Wälder und romantische Winkel. Die Vermieter sind außergewöhnlich nett und hilfsbereit, haben uns die Highlights der Gegend ausführlich gezeigt und jede Menge gute Tipps gegeben. Über Weihnachten Neujahr wenig Trubel, aber genug Lokale Geschäfte, viel Sonne und milde Temperaturen, Regenschauer vorwiegend nachts. Ringsum wunderschöne Häuser mit parkähnlichen Gärten; einiges hat geblüht. Zum Quartier selbst: ruhige Lage, relativ frisch renoviert (2006) Haus ist hell und freundlich. Großer Wohn- Essraum mit netter Mischung aus modern und rustikal. Funktionale, freundliche Schlafräume (der im EG ist für 2 Erwachsene zu klein); Duschbad geräumig. Küchenzeile top ausgestattet, überreichlich Kochuntensilien, Geschirr und Besteck. TV (franz.), DVD- und CD-Player. Garten eingefriedet, z.T. noch in Arbeit.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances dans cette maison. Nous étions en couple avec nos 3 enfants. 1)l'accueil est vraiment très sympa et les petits tuyaux pour passer un bon séjour aussi. 2)la cuisine est moderne et bien équipée. Il ne manque rien. 3)grandes chambres bien agencées avec une literie toute neuve. 4)le petit jardin très reposant. Bref on reviendra, on retiendra cette adresse et surtout on n'hésitera pas à donner l'adresse!

Vacances réussies pour notre petite famille. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires dans cette charmante maison de vacances où nous avons eu plaisir de pouvoir profiter pleinement des sentiers côtiers et de la plage qui sont accessibles à pieds en quelques minutes. Nous avons apprécié le côté pratique de la vraie cuisine équipée, de la terrasse sans vis à vis et du calme qui y règne ! un vrai havre de paix que nous recommandons vivement à toutes personnes souhaitant passer d'agréables vacances !

Maison bien retapée, pratique et confortable, tout en ayant gardé son cachet à l'étage (grandes chambres, grands lits qui font le bonheur des enfants). Jardin très sympa. Accueil absolument remarquable, efficace et vraiment charmant. Et un emplacement parfait pour des sorties variées sans voiture (venir avec des vélos est un vrai plus) : plages diverses et splendides, campagne luxuriante, exotisme des bras anses perdues de l'Aven...
