Welcome to my beautiful 28 square meters apartment fully renovated located in Gassin between sun and greenery! The accommodation is located in a residence nestled in the heart of a two-hectare park overlooking the GULF of St. Tropez, and has a SWIMMING POOL open in summer, a TENNIS court ... It is located at 500 m walking distance from the village of St Tropez and 150 from the beach. Excellent stay !

The accommodation is fully equipped and will be perfect for a tourist or professional stay. It is composed of a sofa bed for two people, two single bunk beds, a bathroom, as well as a small BALCONY which will be very appreciated in summer and can accommodate four people. The residence has a SWIMMING POOL and is nestled in the heart of a two-hectare park overlooking the GULF of Saint-Tropez. You will also have access to the garden which is the corner of the studio! It will be very appreciated for its proximity to the favorite places of the locals. The accommodation has three beds of the following type: one sofa bed, two single beds. You will have everything at your disposal to spend a good stay: Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, television, hair dryer and iron, secure parking, laundry at the end of the corridor ... Enjoy the joys of the sea at only 400 m from the residence and discover ST TROPEZ at 5 minutes by car. Have a great stay !
