Located in the country. Birdland is a studio duplex with wifi. Sits near a 2 acre pond for catch and release fishing. Walk around pond and visit our miniature donkey and horse mascots. Has a Little Library. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Great for couples.

This place was wonderful for a weekend away for a wedding! Spacious, clean, comfortable, and so cute! The property is a gorgeous sight to wake up to. Convenient location to Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Gatlinburg while not being in the middle of the high traffic areas. We’ll remember this place for our next visit! :)

Loved our stay. Jack the donkey was a super cute addition to our trip! Nice to be out of the fray and yet so close to everything we were wanting to do!! We would definitely stay here again!!

The room was cozy and clean. The host had excellent communication and loved the country setting with the pond to fish in. Our stay was enjoyable and loved the quiet setting.
