Tranquil Chic: 2-Bed Sanctuary in North Scottsdale

Our 5 month stay is ending and we hate to leave. We are very particular and this condo is clean, well stocked, nicely furnished and we loved that it had no carpet. The location is ideal...easy access to walking or biking. The pool is secluded; very upscale, serene and relaxing...it transports you to the tropics. Carol and Bob were wonderful to work with...a quick email away. And Pat and Jerry were the best neighbors we could hope for! We would have loved to stay here longer.

The location of this uni, The Fountains, is idea. It is quiet, shady on the main patio and easy walking to the pool. Scottsdale Ranch is close to shopping and activities. The unit is nicely decorated and very clean. LOTS of hangers, which was great, but a little limited on drawer space. In the closet are two small sets of movable drawers. The two bathrooms are updated, more than enough towels were provided, including four beach towels! You can open the doors for a great breeze. Only thing to note, limited lighting in the living area at night. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a nice place to "winter."

Carol replied to our request very quickly and was very responsive whenever reached out to. Condo was very modern and clean. Photos are accurate to listing. Location was great. Everything you need and more are minutes away (stores, grocery, shopping, restaraunts and bars). Arizona is very hot in July, so we loved the pool! Air conditioning unit was strong enough to keep the whole unit cool. Felt very safe. Well supplied kitchen made it easy for us to cook breakfast in the morning. Me and the hubby were very pleased!
