Bardzo dobra lokalizacja , po wyjsciu z kamienicy duzo knajp, pubow , wyspa Młyńska, apartament ładnie urządzony, bdb kontakt z właścicielem, klatka schodowa jednym sie nie podoba dla nas bylo to na plus , czuc bylo klimat starej kamienicy , ladny widok z okna , cicha okolica w nocy
Apartament wymaga kosmetyki , drzwi od prysznica przeciekaja ( uszczelka jest do wymiany) , klapa w lazience po podniesieniu miala brzydki zolty zaciek,niektore kontakty sa zle obsadzone i wypadaja ze sciany , brakuje dywanika w lazience, kanapa w salonie jest mala , przy podrozowaniu w 4 osoby spanie w salonie nie jest super komfortowe ale to tez zalezy od gabarytow osoby ktora tam spi
