The property was good, location is also good
We stayed there last week but there was alot of mosquitoes and other insects my younger daughter got skin allergy, wifi was not work there, price bit high otherwise little bit good

Completamente abbandonati
L'appartamento è nuovo, pulito e completo di tutto il necessario per cucina, letti e bagno.
L'appartamento si trova in un seminterrato, poco luminoso e senza vista dalla porta finestra dell'ingresso (tra l'altro priva di tende) e dalla finestrina in alto della piccola camera matrimoniale. Si ottiene il codice per aprire la porta solo dopo aver eseguito il check-in on line ma, essendo in Svizzera, ci sono grossi problemi per i cellulari: abbiamo dovuto faticare moltissimo per ottenere la possibilità di connessione e comunicazione con l'operatore vodafone. Inoltre nell'appartamento la WiFi non era funzionante e non è stato possibile in nessun modo parlare con qualcuno per risolvere il problema (proprio quando per un'emergenza ne avremmo avuto estrema necessità). Siamo stati completamente abbandonati. Il prezzo poi è veramente esagerato. Non lo consiglio veramente a nessuno.

Absurd und grotesk
Preiswert (für Schweizer Verhältnisse). Die Agenturangestellte hat ihr bestes versucht.
Nachdem wir am Nachmittag gebucht haben keine Bestätigung oder Information bis zum Abend. Als wir dann versucht haben jemanden zu erreichen ging niemand ans Telefon, wir waren also nicht sicher, ob und wie wir in die Unterkunft kommen. Irgendwann als wir am Weg waren hat dann doch jemand von einer Agentur angerufen. Nach einem unnötig komplizierten Online-check-in-Prozess, bei dem man zusätzlich zu den erforderlichen Meldedaten alle möglichen unnötigen Informationen verlangt hat, bekamen wir Bilder wie wir in die Unterkunft kommen. Bei der Ankunft stellt sich heraus, dass es die bei Booking angegebene Adresse nicht gibt und wir dachten, einem Betrug aufgesessen zu sein. Weil es bei der Ankunft dunkel war, haben uns die Fotos nicht weitergeholfen, wir wolltenboffensichtlich nicht die ganze Nachbarschaft durchsuchen, ob eines der Häuser den abgebildeten Eingang hat. Irgendwann hat uns ein Nachbar den entscheidenden Tipp gegeben. In der Unterkunft selbst gab es ein lärmendes Luftentfeuchtungsgerät das sich die ganze Nacht über eingeschaltet hat und statt einer Lampe reichte es nur für eine Glühbirne in einer Fassung. Insgesamt eine absurdesten und groteskesten Erfahrungen mit der Buchung einer Unterkunft die uns untergekommen ist.
