Comoda, centrale, spazio parking comodissimo, host molto gentile e disponibile, tranquilla di notte e di giorno, con un bel balcone
Alcuni dettagli avrebbero bisogno di manutenzione, ma niente di grave, ad esempio alcune tapparelle incastrate (host è passato subito a sistemarle) o una maniglia rotta.

Posizione a 2 passi dal centro.
Parcheggio interno e facilità di parcheggio anche all'esterno.
Host gentile e disponibile a risolvere ogni imprevisto.
La poca manutenzione dell'appartamento: il doccino si è rotto alla prima doccia, mancava la maniglia della portafinestra del soggiorno, una tapparella in cucina era rotta , il ripiano della cucina invaso dalle formiche...
Inoltre il meraviglioso terrazzo all'ultimo piano inutilizzabile perchè non attrezzato...in questo modo non serve a nulla, è come non averlo.
La dimensione della camera con i letti singoli veramente piccola e senza aria condizionata.

The view from the balcony was fantastic and a great place to sit and take in the view of the marina. The location is good as it’s just a short walk to town. Salvo the manager was a great communicator who met us at the property at check in. He is very good at his job. Parking out the front is an absolute bonus. The apartment is very clean and spacious.
The property is well presented and very clean, but in need of some maintenance.The blinds in one of the bedrooms needs repairing, as it doesn’t go up and down easily. There is a terrible noise from the pump at night which kept us awake. A quick message to Salvo the next morning fixed the issue by us switching the pump off at night and turning on again the following morning. This is something other guests have complained about, and hasn’t been fixed. I would suggest a manual in the apartment explaining how to stop the noise from the pump.
