非常友善的線上客服與房務人員，很親切的回應問題與需求，讓人在旅途中增添了溫暖的人情味😊 地點對新化附近工作或遊玩的旅客非常方便，極高的CP值！ 房間空間寬敞，三段式的可調燈光很不錯，冰箱、電視、衣架應有盡有。廁所跟房間都有對外窗是很棒的加分。 附近環境清幽，外面的農田有水鳥漫步其中，有人在慢跑散步。 但也許最重要的是一直有在進步的住宿空間。已入住多次，可以感受到民宿經營者盡很大的努力在好的價格中提供最完善的服務。
隔音不太好，且容易有蚊子飛進來。但民宿有提供耳塞也有電蚊香，所以其實沒有受到影響。有些小小的清潔細節可以再加強，但床鋪都是非常乾淨舒適的。 對於期待要住到精緻窩心或家庭式的民宿的人可能要調整一下預期，這間我覺得重點在好的價格中提供完善的服務與寬敞明亮的空間。

1. 沒有內鎖，安全性有疑慮 2. 舊舊的，也不是很乾淨，例如牆壁上各處有髒污，電視都是厚厚的灰塵，提供的室內拖看起來也不太乾淨，只敢用拋棄式的。跟照片看起來很不一樣 3. 毛巾是超級難用的拋棄式毛巾 4. 禁止吸菸標語都是殘體字立牌
