The location is convenient for those who have come for an active vacation. It's about a 20-minute walk to the sea, but the apartment is located right in the center of Bang Tao, which is full of restaurants, bars, and shops. This is where all the tourists gather in the evenings. All the active (non-beach) life happens here. It is a very large apartment complex – long corridors (about 200 meters) with small rooms. The complex has a gym, swimming pool, and parking. The room has everything for a short stay. Good layout, view of the lake. Despite the noisy location of the complex itself, the room is quiet.

The room is very old and dirty. Check all appliances and furniture upon check-in, as something might not work (for us, one of the air conditioners and the safe were broken). Repairs were carried out over two days, which was, of course, inconvenient. Upon check-in, the agent's representative demanded a $200 deposit, which was not mentioned anywhere and was not communicated in advance. The rental price includes 30 kWh of electricity. The meter reading is recorded upon check-in. The agent is not friendly. Very formal attitude. Asking for help is pointless. If problems arise, solve them yourself. Four days before my check-in, I was informed that the room would be available three days before my arrival. I asked to receive the keys not at 1:00 PM, as stated in the conditions, but at 11:00 AM, knowing that the room was free. However, I was told that this was only possible for an additional fee. In my opinion, this is rudeness, not business. There are many rental offers in this complex. If, like me, this is not your last option, it's better to choose other offers.
