Fairly short but steep uphill walk from the seaside with shops and cafes but the villa is in a very quiet location surrounded by trees. Excellent privacy. Nice that the pool is quite deep.
The en-suite toilet didn't work until we had had two plumber visits. The lawns are artificial grass.

La maison est situé dans les pins sans vis à vis dans un quartier résidentiel très calme et elle est très bien équipée à seulement 15 mn de la plage à pied. C'est très agréable.
