la situació és bona i la casa es veu nova i amb tot lo necesari per poder gaudir-ne com si fos a casa teva. la comunicació també és fluida.

la casa està bé, és agradable però estant fent obres i no estava mencionat, o no era prou clar al moment de fer la reserva i això sí que és molest. per lo que la vista no es agradable ja que es ple de grues i materials de construcció i pols. La neteja hagués pogut estar millor

The house in general is nice.

We had high expectations of the accommodation, mainly because of the high price and the above-average complexity of the pre-arrival process (passport registration, deposit, rules). Upon arrival, we were very disappointed. The house is nice, but it was dirty everywhere. The dishes in the cupboards had food residue on them, the cutlery drawers were dirty, in the front garden was rubbish, a bed sheet was stained, etc. We also felt that we were given a very unwelcoming reception – there isn't even hand soap in the bathrooms. We have been travelling around Australia for several weeks now, and this was by far the most unwelcoming reception we have had. We contacted the management and expressed our displeasure. We received a one-line reply saying that someone would come to clean. Our request to be informed when someone would come to the house was ignored, and the next day, when we came back from the beach, we found that someone had been in the house without prior notice.
