Apartament urządzony w wysokim standardzie, bardzo dużo miejsca na rozpakowanie rzeczy, przede wszystkim ubrań, ale i kosmetyków w łazience. Wyposażony w zmywarkę i pralkę, przydzielone jest do niego prywatne miejsce parkingowe z podziemnym garażu. Bardzo miły kontakt z właścicielem.
Brakuje tam klimatyzacji albo wentylatora - nocą latem robi się tam dość duszno, a przejeżdżające obok pociągi utrudniają sen przy otwartym oknie. Poza tym zostawiłabym tam zapasowe rolki papieru toaletowego, bo tych przydzielonych może brakować. Przed wpuszczeniem gości zadbałabym o czystość - zmywarka była nieopróżniona po poprzednim lokatorze, a na balkonie leżał martwy ptak
