HAVN - Studio in Business Bay, Burj Khalifa View

Leider roch es sehr stark unangenehm aus den Abflüssen. Wir haben dies kommuniziert und baten um eine Lösung. Am Abreisetag (wir waren 3 Nächte dort) wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass ein Hausmeister kommt. Duschen war auch eine Katastrophe. Durch mangelhaftes Abfließen war der gesamte Badezimmerboden schnell unter Wasser gesetzt. Auch dies haben wir direkt kommuniziert. Ich würde diese Wohnung nicht empfehlen! Eine Kaffeemaschine, die in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung aufgeführt wird, war auch nicht vorhanden.

Location and view from balcony is amazing.

Hostage attitude was not good. Maintenance is very late, like if you have a problem and you need urgent maintenance you will have to wait to next day. The blocked sink was reported afternoon 17:46 (date and time on WhatsApp) not late night. However, the hostage said go to the reception and ask for help, I went to the reception they said the hostage need to send email. However, they ignored my request and promised to send the maintenance team next day early morning. I waited for the maintenance team till 12 pm next day but they arrived at 3pm. Parking card was available next day not same day but that was not a problem as the security can open the gate for me anytime. One last problem happened, when I checked in, the cleaning girl is the one who gave me the entrance card, so when I left I gave it back to her with the parking card (that happened outside the room where you can check the floor cameras) after I left I found message from booking requesting 1000 aed fine as they lost 2 cards, one for the entrance another card for the parking. That was very bad
