The location is very pleasant and offers a good value near the city. You can connect easily with the city.
Some small things can be improve inside the rooms. This can be the shower cabins, which will benefit for being extended. Additionally, some sockets can be placed more efficient in the kitchen and the bedroom, so you can easily connect your appliances.
