Great place to stay. Very quiet
The place was great, very local, clean and comfy
The amount of messages I got from the host was a bit much. Worse than my missus.

okay for a night or two, but expected more for the money
The street was quiet, and we could park next to the house. Access was easy, but we had to fill out a form on-line beforehand, that we received only a few hours before, while we were already driving and not checking emails. The bathroom is nice.
There was no trash bag and washing sponge available, and they didn't provide any even after requesting it, but they kept sending the automated messages that we loose our deposit if we don't empty bin, etc. The beds are quite soft and the kitchen is quite tight for 2.

We were conducting some personal business and the location worked for us.
We arrived to find 2 landscapers laying a new patio in the very small back garden, which involved a cement mixer and angle grinder .. very noisy. The following day they came back to finish the job. The owner had left us a note inviting us to call him, which I did. He claimed the management company had been informed this work was going to take place but had rented it to us anyway without advising that this work would be going on. We found fresh, spilled milk in the fridge and cobwebs on the ceiling of the downstairs hall and the single bedroom. Decor quite tired with random marks and grease spots on walls and paintwork. We were charged the full amount and so far have not heard back after we complained to the company and the vendor. Will never book with this company again.

Perfect home away from home for parents coming up with first year Durham Uni freshers
