Emplacement calme en mars. Personnel sympathique, facile à contacter.
Poignée de porte d'entrée à changer, pas de store dans la chambre, pas de bouilloire, entrée non terminée, infiltration d'eau au niveau de la toiture en fibrociment. Aucune finition, appartement restauré à la va vite. Dommage qu'il y ait autant de défauts car c'est un appartement qui a du potentiel, c'est bien de vouloir faire de la location mais il faut quand même investir un minimum. Le logement est noté accessible en fauteuil, sauf qu'il y a une marche pour entrer dans la salle de bain, wc qui est trop petite pour accueillir un fauteuil roulant. Ustensiles de cuisine à renouveler.

Az ágy kényelmes volt
Nehezen megtalálható. Az erkély nem erkély, hanem egy lepusztult belső udvar. A szállás nagyon igénytelen. A wc deszka kisebb mint a wc, nagyon kényelmetlen. A fürdőszobában a csapnál és a konyhában sincs melegvíz.
