The location and the cleanliness
The couch/bed were bit small for 2 people, but worked well for my partner and me.

Great location if you’re planning on taking the metro. Lawson & Family Mart a few steps away and great places to eat. Great amount of space and easy features. Loved the easiness of Checking in and access to building.
The pillows were on the hard side but that’s really the only thing.

We liked the detailed description of how to find the hotel and check in. We appreciated the security and serenity and the room was cool, quiet and comfortable with a smart TV and all necessary fixtures. Some balcony chairs would be nice.
The thin towels and ridiculous check in time of 4pm. Check out is before 10am so you are paying for 18 hours! This really needs revising as it is both inconvenient and a rip off.
