Host was super helpful. Even though my flight got delayed and I got to the apartment at around 4 am, he waited for me and let me in. This is not something you would give for granted so I'm very grateful. The apartment was super clean and has all you may need. Best area for restaurants and to explore the modern city. The old town is just a 20' walk away.

We stayed here as a group of four (+50 yo, and 30 yo) during the summer and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable, situated on one of the main avenues leading directly to Jemaa el-Fnaa, making it easy to explore Marrakech on foot. There is also a great local restaurant just around the corner, La Parade, serving delicious food at very reasonable prices. The apartment was very comfortable, pleasantly cool despite the summer heat, and spotlessly clean upon arrival. The host was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. He even allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment about six hours before check-in, which we greatly appreciated. Communication was excellent, and he was always available via WhatsApp whenever we needed anything. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again!
