River Place

The landlord is amazing, really nice and helpful. Allowed us to do an early check in and a late check out. (Leave the luggage, as she didn’t have another guest right away). The apartment is super clean and there is everything you need (in the kitchen/ bathroom, a lot of blankets). It has a nice garden where you can spend the evening/ drink your coffee in the morning. The property is in a quiet area walkable pleasant distance from Ribera It’s a really good value for the money.

The property is in a quiet area so you can sometimes hear the planes passing by late in the evening. Didn’t hear them during the night though. Doesn’t have air conditioning which can get quite warm in the summer nights, especially if you get disrespectful neighbors. There are at least 3 apartments for rent in the yard and we had a really rude family that would walk up before 7am and speak very loud.
