The location and the property are excellent. The hall and seating area are especially nice, offering a very pleasant view that feels relaxing and calming.
The pool area and balcony flooring is a serious concern, especially for families with kids. The floor around the pool has cracks and is very dangerous. Two adults in our group got injured while preparing the BBQ. Considering this is a holiday home where most time is spent in these areas, this issue really needs immediate attention. This flooring problem is mentioned as a major concern in many previous reviews as well, so it is very surprising that no action has been taken to fix it yet.
