Good sized apartment, bathroom very big. The was very convenient it was between the Port and the station. The bed was comfortable.
When we arrived the temperature was 36oC in the apartment (at night) so there was clearly a problem with the heating system and we couldn't adjust this even though we tried many times. It was midnight so we couldn't contact the owner. The floor was hot for the whole night so it we didn't sleep well the 1st night. The next morning the technician came and switched off the system and asked us to wait for the system to cool down. We asked for a fan and they brought a portable AC unit which cooled the apartment down but the balcony had to remain open and it was very loud due to construction works opposite. The floor in the apartment was a bit dusty. No luggage storage option. We were not offered any financial compensation for the inconvenience of the first night. They offered to move us to a different apartment but we were too tired to do this.

The apartment is fully equipped and located 12 min by foot from the train station (Bari Centrale) and the new city center. The walking distanxe to the old center is of about 20 min. We went on daily trips, so it was located just right for us.
The check in was easy and the host was very nice for leaving us a bottle of wine and a bag of traditional cookies.
The building is very safe and you can find around grocery shops (1-5 min), coffee shops (10 min) and restaurants (12-15 min).
The shelves were a bit dusty, there were no garbage bags, the decorative pillows and the couch had some stains and the door did not stay shut unless it was locked with the key.

La comodidad del lugar, todo estaba muy bien, limpio agradablemente decorado ,las camas cómodas y el baño súper amplio con un balcón. Volvería en algún momento. Me gustó el lugar y la ubicación.
Que no hubiera una persona para recibirnos y explicarnos bien la forma de entrar. Un poco complicado el sistema de entrada.
