Um loft completo, muito agradável. Acredito que duas pessoas se hospedam tranquilamente no local. A anfitriã muito solicita e simpática.
Me hospedei na transição do método para entradas do condomínio, o que ficou desagradável é ter de ligar no interfone para falar com os porteiros que as vezes não te ouvem bem e por vezes desligam sem liberar o portão, sendo necessário ligar outra vez.

Loft com cozinha equipada e com boa localização. Bem limpo no geral. Atendeu às expectativas.
Não possui garagem e nem ar-condicionado. Mas, estas coisas foram contornadas pela anfitriã, com um ventilador no quarto que supriu no dia e com um pagamento extra a parte locando garagem de um apartamento vizinho. A vaga é descoberta e longe do ap, porque é necessário dar a volta no condomínio.
